It is said, that shared food is always better, but does this also mean that shared cooking tastes better? What happens when three master chefs are shoved into same small kitchen and all of them have free hands? This is once again tested in Sesonki with Gang of three dinner on 31st of October and 1st of November, when Matti Jämsen gets Eero Vottonen and Jaakko Sorsa as his guests.
Eero Vottonen has won chef prices on during his career an impressive amount, Chef of the year (2012), Global Chef Challenge -Winner (2016), Nordic Chef Challenge -Winner (2017) and Chef of chefs (2017) to name a few. Vottonen nowadays works as the head chef of Restaurant Palace where he returned a Michelin Star in 2019.
Jaakko Sorsa comes to Finland all the way from Hong Kong where he runs his nordic restaurant FINDS for the last 15th year. Jaakko is likewise well awarded master chef and cookbook author. Also during his career he has cooked for Vladimir Putin, Bill Clinton and Danish, Swedish, Saudi-Arabian as well as Japanese Royalty.
Spectacular culinary experience is guaranteed with this team! Nine course dinner with drinks 180€/ person. Thursday 31st of October and Friday 1st of November starting at 6 pm.
