Now is whopping chance to participate in Gastro Bar Sesonki’s and Pyynikin’s Brewerys hosted Beer dinner on Tuesday 5th of february from 19pm forward.
Juha Leppänen from Pyynikin’s Brewery will tell of beers history, making, tasting and current trends.
At the same time we enjoy Matti Jämsen’s special four course beer menu and we’ll talk about coupling of food and beer.
Menu is 50€ per person (includes drinks)
Roasted pumpkin with marjoram and goat cheese
Pike-perch ’’fish & chips’’ with malt bread and crispy potatoes
Grilled pork cheek with caramelised garlic and garlic pureé
Chocolate mousse with cherry sorbet
